The pictures show a cheap looking Farka li-ion battery charger.
I don't think it's an intelligent charger. And it isn't made by Xeno either.

farka is (or was anyway) a branch of xeno. they were kind of more premium than xeno i think.
seems like a decent price, if its real. but i dont really know any specs on it
Dont be cheap when buying batteries and chargers.
But there is nothing wrong with buying good ones at a good price.
What model of battery does that charger for?
