Looks like it could be. Google fu did not find any pi’s with p60 module. If you want a p60, go with solarforce… very high quality.

The head diameter seems to be too big for a P60…

I googled Hugsby and they have several models. Some take d26 dropins, one takes what looks like a d36 dropin. A few looked like SF clones, one took 3aaa’s and a dropin. But on this P4 model I couldn’t find one broken down any than your pictures. I did find the Hugsby P2 which is a dropin in the cr123a/aa format. You decide Hugsby P2 Q3 1*AA/1*16340/1*14500 3 modos - ForoLinternas - Foro sobre linternas y tecnología LED It looks like it’s been adapted to use a TIR and collar here which has been done when a reflector wasn’t used.
