Well, I just bought this CLIP because I’m done with soldering. AFTER I paid for this item I started to think - is this correct clip?
So, is this correct clip and should I be able to flash ATtiny13A chip without removing from driver? I think that this is correct one but I want to hear that from you guys. lol

Yes, but... if you're in the U.S. it's cheaper from Digikey (though shipping isn't free, it's not a dealbreaker if you need to order other stuff too) & you'll get it in 2-3 days instead of 2-3 weeks.

No, I’m not in US, so I have no other choice but wait 2-3 weeks.
I have the same and it works fine most of the time, I had another cheaper one before which was much worse.
The blue Pamona one…be gentle with it…soft plastic and it will wear off the little teeth on the clip and it won’t work as well any more (ask me how I know 
)
Still works better & lasts longer than the twice as expensive 3M one. You also don't have to rebuild it nearly from scratch before you can use it the first time.
