doesnt look like any lg led i have seen.

I haven’t seen one like that either. A google search reveled a few other sellers selling one like that and when I take the item number and punch that in, it doesn’t come up with nothing besides other china shops selling the same led.
If you want genuine 3535 LG UV leds, try the Convoy store on Aliexpress.

The more expensive one has a higher output.
