AI tools have come a long way in the last year or so. They are free to use and while still hit an miss. They are a useful, easy and fast initial research tool with which to get started.
In a few seconds both grok and chat gpt recommended the wurkkos hd03 when i pasted your post into the prompt.
All of your requirements may not be possible. But it goes pretty close imo.
Oh, I didn’t realize that they’ve gotten better recently because I’ve only been using them for a few months.
If I couldn’t get access to a great online LLM for free, I’d pay for the service.
I realize that “I’m the product” (like with many online services), but I’m okay with that.
They are just another resource, a tool. They can be !@#$. But they can be excellent also. Grok is especially adept at maths, physics and coding.
They can interpret x rays, do searches, explain stuff etc. They are totally conversational.
Then they will turn around and sometimes say the dumbest !@#$.
A revolution is coming soon. Schooling has already changed vorever. What kind, good or bad… im not sure. Lol. But so long as you use them, verify. They can be very powerful. Grok and chat gpt are just two. There are many others on par. They all have their own quirks, strengths and weaknesses.

I general I’d avoid anything that has to big of a clamp . At that point it usually becomes an overall bad light with a big attachment . A magnet ior even a small price of paracord wrapped around a pipe will offer a place to anchor your light .
My reading light above my bed is a paracord wrapped BLF Q8 hanging on a 3 ft length of paracord .

I’d go with high cri for sure and for $17 probably your best bet is either the Wurrkos or Sofirn clip lights .

For me, I definitely need lights that will firmly clamp - not allowing rotation no matter the position - onto 7/8" rod / pipe, not necessarily ferromagnetic.
Really a bit over an inch would be even better.
I don’t mind the clip component being much bigger than the light itself, the key factor is really the clamping strength, and adjustability, more important than CRI or even brightness.
I am not expecting such low pricing, but if that does not reduce durability / longevity og course it’s a plus
