Got my first 3 led build, and upon looking at it I’m not sure how to begin putting it together my driver i got with no wires, cuz the mcpcb comes with them, so i would have to put the mcpcb in and feed the wires through first, or take the wires off the mcpcb then solder to the driver, feed it through the pill, then solder back to the mcpcb??

It’s usually easier to solder the wires from the driver to the MCPCB than the opposite, so I would go with the second option if I were in your place.
Yes that seems to be the only way, I’m not to sure why the mcpcb has the wires already soldered if they have to be taken off, so that got me confused,

Those copper MCPCB's can be hard to solder to unless you have a fairly powerful soldering iron. Especially when in the host as the host will also help suck away the heat. I generally prefer to solder the driver last. If you solder leads to the MCPCB, make sure you clean any splattered flux off the emitters before powering them. You probably know this, but saying just in case.
Best wishes on your build.
Ok i see what ur saying if u put the mcpcb in the pill u have enough wire to solder onto the driver, and as my luck goes the mcpcb is for some reason just a tad to big and sits on a ledge before hitting the bottom, I’ll have to fix that

I like the jaxman e2l host, but both of mine required sanding/filing the 20mm led mcpcb to make it fit. Its worth the effort, just takes longer to build…
Thanks y’all helped out alot, couldn’t find this info anywhere
