Yeah…

I still can’t believe the + wire just broke off…
It broke off where the wire couldn’t even bend, 3 to 4 mm inside the epoxy…

But oh well, it was very educational…
The battery with charger and switch in the tube still work, so i can put a new head on it eventually…
We’ll see…

Don’t lay your arms down, pick were you stopped and restart, even if it is not for the contest The time invested so far is much more than the one remaining to get a full working light

My builds been a pain also so much wasted work on parts i didn’t need lol. I take it as a learning experience i guess.

There was more than one occasion Justin would start building or modding a torch only to have him say half way through that what he was trying to do could not be done and scrap the build in frustration only to come back to it at a later date and complete it. :laughing:

Bummer Jerommel…Don’t let it get you down… too much. I think it was a great idea, very innovative to say the least. So take a break and get back to it, start another one if this one can’t be saved, because I for one would like to see it done the way you intended it to be!

Yeah, i’ll finish it.
I intend to finish the 1st battery / driver assembly too.
One of them wil get a P60 head, probably.

It’s always captivating to see people doing things in a way you had never thought of. I’ve learned a fews things thanks to your trial and errors, I don’t know yet if I will use some of this things but I’m very gratful for your creativity.
