Well, you’re forgiven because you weren’t the last step before the light landed in my hands… but does this look familiar?
Yep, that does look familiar. Notice OL had to paint the knurling to hide all the faults.
Thanks Dan. You are a man of many truly amazing talents. Videographer, editor, programer, machine operator and more than likely many other talents you keep hidden. Thanks for going to the effort for us. I’m not very clever when it comes to using programs like this but really appreciate being able to see how others do there work. Cheers.
Thanks Steve, The programs that are good offer a lot of features and options...that's why they are good...this does however make the learning curve a little more steep. You can do it...anyone can. It's like that knurling...it takes practice!! I teach CNC often in shops around the country...and here in our offices. I have had one guy that couldn't learn... out of probably upwards of 400 or so. It still bothers me to this day. We would be right in the middle of something and he would say "Did you hear that joke about....." and take off telling the joke. Three hours in, I gave him his deposit back and sent him on his way.
Download the trial version of Rhino and play with it. It is well documented and you will pick up on it quite readily. Just take it step at a time and you'll get there. There ARE more simple programs to use I might add. Thanks Again. Dan.
