And 3rd order from KD and again they didn’t send many items and again no email about what to do or how to fix this.

3rd freakin package half empty and when email sent they just keep asking What’s the problem...

BanL your folks are disaster.

KD become worst dealer again. Looks like some crap is going on there.

this site steel your money. ware marked as in stock, are not in stock. after 8 days of no communication until the opening of the case via paypal kaidomain offered a refund. I have no experience with this kind of fraudulent business and naively waited for the kaidomain to give me a refund, but I missed the time to escalate the dispute through paypal (thx paypal great rules). then the seller stopped communicating with me and didn’t give me the money back. Avoid them – kaidomain only steel your money.”

I have ordered many times on Kaidomain, communication is somewhat difficult, but i never experienced problems with them.
Just keep cool, count to ten (or 20 if necessary) and tell them your problem.

I have always received my items, and they are even willing to give some discount.
shipping takes long sometimes though.

Sometimes not all items are on stock, and they will just send the items which are on stock (without notification)
So they might have split your order, and you have to wait for the rest.

Also telling that the site is stealing your money is not legitimate and seems quite rude

I'm not sb, but the rude button was replaced with the report button.

It functions the same, with just a new name.

Maybe a little late now, but generally (and I admit I often forget to do this, especially if expecting just 1 item in a package), I make a video of the Grand Unboxing.

You have your list of what to expect in the package, so just running the video while cutting open the package, spilling the contents, then matching against the list, shows clear evidence of what you got vs what you were supposed to get.

Communication is seriously lacking with KD. I tried to contact using the details listed on the site, but no replies at all. The only way I could ask if something was actually in stock was to contact BanL using forum PMs. (it was out of stock, btw)

Like Lightbringer said, i always film a make pics of items against the list and last 6months (3 big orders) were with missing items. Weather items were on stock or not they should at least respond on emails.

And yes, every 4weeks someone answers who has some english language knowledge but soon after that person disappear and you’re on start again.

So saying they steal your money is not rude at all. Bloody right!

Fasttech will send you info about multiple shipping items but KD will never send it like that.

Oh yeah, i was on the line with BanL previously but the guy isn’t answering anymore last few months.

LOL...then why i still didn’t get missing (marked X) items from last 2 orders and dozens of emails and PM’s sent?

Missing and shipped items are marked but those missing will be missed forever...OR until you order and pay again LOOOL
