Luckiest Day of my Life Rechargeable Batteries

When unpacking my suitcase today I noticed that my whole suitcase was rather warm. Naturally that got me worried. When I opened it I found my DRY which was almost to hot to touch. I opened it up and found 2 cells at 3.69 volts and one at 0. I am unsure of how this happened as I had locked it out by placing a price of tape over the inside of the tail cap which was no longer there. My current theory is the TSA saw that and removed the tape for whatever reason. My question for you guys is what woul…
