Led Flashlight-International Outdoor Store was recommended by someone here for the Evisar D4. I ordered in December, and the package disappeared from tracking while in transit. By email, I got word they sent another and provided a tracking number. The information on how to use the tracking number is unclear, but I guess it looks like a carrier in China has been notified that a package is being sent.

By the time the 2nd package will be arriving, if it does, it will have been two months since ordering.

Am I correct in understanding this vendor is reliable and I just need to wait?

This has been pretty frustrating.

The vendor is quite reliable, do not worry.

The 1st one might have been lost due to the holiday craze, but the 2nd one is probably on the way.

Just wait a few days. It might be coming very soon.

Yeah Hank at Intl outdoor is pretty good to deal with and reliable, I wouldn’t worry. However he just refunded me $3.98 for two SST-20 LEDs I ordered. Which is odd. Probably annoyed someone would order two bare LEDs lol.

+1 for Hanks service , i ordered a D1S and some white flats and forgot to get the correct seals . Hank noticed that i will need some and emailed to check . what great service

I had a d4s deliver just yesterday, waited since dec 18 when they shipped it, delay was in my country for a whole month dont understand, but usually there is not a problem buying from there they ship out quickly and u can count on them.

I even wrote to hank a day ago maybe my package is lost he replied to maybe send a new one and day after it came and i wrote all good.

Sometimes ive had that tracking stopped working and one day few weeks later it arrived so dont dount that much on the tracking give it some time and it should arrive.

International Outdoor store is very reliable even though the tracking usually doesn’t work.

That said, they do ship from China. Expect 3-6 weeks for delivery.

The vendor is very much a reliable one. Shipping from China…weeelllllll….not so much. Did you look to MTN electronics in comparison to Int’l Outdoors?

If you think you have it bad, my D4 took 190 days to arrive. I think it took about 6 days to reach S.A. and the rest was customs and local post issues. It took longer for my local post office (4km away) to send me notification of arrival than it did to arrive from China

Same thing happened to me when I ordered something with equaly low value. I emailed him and he asked me to reorder it with extra $2 tracking.
What happens is he sends all of the orders with registered delivery and has that calculated in the price on flashlights but not really on smaller oredrs.
I’m not really happy with it but we have to understand he is running a small business and margins aren’t that big.
Anyway it should not allow you to place orders that gonna be refunded straight away.
Apart from that he is really reliable and extremely willing to help. Highly recommend.

I agree the $5 is not much to pay for the time savings of domestic vs. international shipping.

I feel bad about the light that was lost in shipping. That is a big loss for someone. I feel bad if it is Hank losing out. I don’t know if the shipper reimburses him or not.

I ordered a D4s, my 2nd, and it arrived in about two weeks. And it had a 26650 battery inside which was obviously used for testing (battered old Littokala cell) so that was an added bonus

I have ordered 6 flashlights in total from Hank and all have been excellent, and crazy bright.

My order, which I placed mid-January, took about 3 weeks to arrive. Tracking was updated pretty regularly via 4PX (Chinese carrier) while it was still in China, and then once it was state-side, tracking was handled by DHL eCommerce (different from regular DHL tracking).
