Left handed thumb flick knives, do they exist?

I’ve got several thumb flick (if that’s the correct term??) knives. However all are designed for you to use your right hand. Well I’m left handed, does anyone sell affordable left hand knives like this?

Axis locks are ambidextrous, need to relocate the clip only.

I would think that most of the Sanremu / Elan-Bee / Navy knives would work left handed, especially the axis-lock and flipper types. Most of the other models have thumb-studs for ambidextrous use.

What I have. A tad on the heavy side but you can get one with polymer grips to shed a little weight.
