Those were all interesting each in their own way. Got a good laugh from the Stratom demo vid. I suppose if I was just sitting in a room not suspecting anything, and somebody threw one of those in there, I’d probably jump and get distracted. Not sure how effective they’d be in an actual “tactical” situation. Might be more distracting to just throw a couple snakes in the room.
These are actually pretty close in design to a workable solution, just ditch the strobe for a steady light.

Yeah, it’s more the idea of a tossable lantern than a flashbang type of thing. Most often, it’s a house or a apt and they know someone is in a dark room hiding. He just wants to turn on the lights in that room without having to expose himself.
