Would you consider the Wurkkos TS26S as aggressive knurling? What about the Lumintop Thor series of lights, with the cross hatch pattern?
The original version of the Noctigon DM11 and DM1.12 had very aggressive knurling, though it was discontinued and replaced by normal knurling.

That’s more of machining not knurling
Whatever the semantics might be, if it looks like a duck and talks like a duck it’s probably a duck.
That looks like knurling and works like knurling, so it might as well be knurling. Hank’s “regular” square knurling is machined as well.

My NS59v2 doesn’t have particularly aggressive knurling, on par with a Convoy S2+
I wonder if maybe there is just a lot of batch variation?
Olight and Nitecore have some with aggressive knurling.
