Hi guys,
I’ve been looking for a B158B at a decent price for ages (like 1 year or so) but I gave up… they are out of production and there are just a few B158 (the one with the bumpy tube, which I don’t like) here and there for way too much money.

What I’m looking is basically a host with decent quality, not too big and as light as possible (so PMMA lens is better, but if it’s a glass one I can swap it later depending on how heavy it is), also the budget is limited. Yes, I’m basically looking for a B158B
which alternatives do I have?
I contacted Brinyte about 2 months ago regarding the B158B or la k there of them in the market. They assured me it was not discontinued and would be back in production soon. I have not looked for it since. Hopefully we will see them again.

Even smaller than the 1405, then, would be the Jaxman Z1.

Before B158B was out people were shaving B158 to save weight.

Ehm… I said lightweight
That is very interesting! Thanks!
Definitely smaller XD i have the 1504 which is heavy enough, the 1405 is out of question
but now I remember about the small UF models… I even made a comparison long time ago!
75 mm
UF-1508: 1x18650/2x18650
67 mm
UF-1504: 1x26650
UF-1405: 2x26650
50 mm
UF-1503: 1x18650
UF-1406: 2x18650
38 mm
UF-1407: 1x18650
UF-1505: 1x18650
UF-T20: 1x18650

(Sizes are approximate)
So… One of the 3 smaller UF should should be an option:

The T20 should be 175g… Same as a convoy c8 basically

Ehm… You know what? I remembered the b158b was smaller :s

Well, it’s not big, but i thought it was the same size than a c8, but the head it’s actually quite bulkier…
It ahould be 280g :s well, i think i’ll just go for another light with 38mm lens then
Thanks! That will be useful
