A small part of my order (a USB wall plug) was also missing. Submitted a request for a replacement via the LiionWholesale contact form. Because of LiionWholesale's solid reputation, I expect a satisfactory resolution.

EDIT: About three hours after submitting the above request, I got an email notification from LiionWholesale that the missing USB wall plug is in the mail. Anyone can make a mistake. But it's great customer service when a mistake is corrected so promptly!
