Capacity does seem to be on the high side but keeping in mind it terminates at 4.25V it may be fairly accurate.
I wouldn’t worry about an optimistic capacity test though. What’s important is termination voltage. If it’s too high it may drastically decrease the amount of duty cycles since it’s bad for your cells. The only way to measure this is to buy a 6000 counts or higher multimeter with an accuracy of ±(0.1%+2).
