Lishen LS2170C ??? New 21700 Cell

Hi everyone, I came across this site today in the twists and turns of my daily searches, and this seemingly serious site reveals the existence of a new/other 21700 cell that I have not heard of to date , the Lishen LS2170C which according to the little information given by the site has a capacity of 5000mAh, but no information about its value of continuous discharge. Would anyone have any information about this cell?
