I purchased the Nitecore TM 26 from Longhorn.

The discount, with bundled batteries and free shipping worked out nicely.

I found them to be excellent in customer service; not bothered by my emails and questions, and on a recent return (Fenix), they have been helpful.

Just for the record, this is the only place in the US authorized to sell with warranty coverage.
That was rather a surprise, so I thought it worth pointing out.

Here’s how i found out:

I recently bought a Nitecore light by mail order from one of the usual familiar sources.

I emailed Nitecore because I wasn’t sure about warranty coverage:

I just received an EC4 in the mail, bought online.

The warranty card included in the box is blank — no “Store Stamp” and nothing filled in.

The information printed on the box is:
EC4 XM-L2 SMO 607158397071

The label from the reseller is:
SKU239712-1DUS0 PCK
0924—0-12509 F-D-21-08

Please let me know this is acceptable information, in case I have any warranty problem with the flashlight
or tell me what I will need to do if there is any problem with it.

Well, it was cheap on sale, and since it turns out to have egregious passive drain and isn’t safe to leave operable, with (two) batteries, I”m not going to use it much. Maybe I won’t need the warranty.
