This one might suit you.

The pill is pretty big.
Body and head.
Reflector and pill
Rather expensive as a mod host though.

Welcome to BLF, Moviles2.
With the head diameter you're looking for, your best bet may be a 2C Maglite. The body can be cut down to 1x18650 size, or you could run a 26650 for more runtime. I know it has an internal head like you picture "A". There may be a host smaller, but I'm not aware of one atm.. .

Sorry. Yes, I suggested tr-1200 body but after a little research, I discovered that its not exactly type A but rather type B. So I removed the post. Sorry for confusion.

It seems to be the same head as the TR-1200.
I assume you are machining a pill to fit in it - you'd just need to machine a large piece of copper or aluminium to fit. Should give excellent heatsinking.
It is not completely straight sided.

Hi moviles2 and welcome to BLF!
Sorry, it's more like "B" tapering from 34 mm to 30 mm.
Also the Yezl is quite big for a 1x18650 light.
Regards, Huny
will be hard find it

Pictures of pill here: http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/lunapower-mrv-lg104-cree-q5-5mode-led-flashlight-p-1744
Head is 4.5 cm across
Edit: Just seen thats the head dimensions and not the pill you have made drawing of. So disregard this post.

I should have thought of that one - I looked through a lot of my lights trying to find ones with a straight-sided head.

You know that for a fact Still very fond of it.
But the buttom of the head are tapered, so Im not sure its what his after.
The pill looks exactly like his drawing A though.
