Looking for a regulated headlamp, with red as well as white output, not $$$

I’m looking for a regulated headlamp, < $100 US, with red as well as white output, capable of both flood AND spot separately (if it additionally does the two together ALSO that’s great), and is preferably powered by a 21700 battery.

I’m a long-time owner of a Princeton Tec Apex Apex – Princeton Tec , but it doesn’t have red, doesn’t have medium output, doesn’t use high powered Li-Ion batteries (it uses 4 AAs), and it gets rather heavy after a while.

The output of mine, which I’d like to meet or exceed, is listed at the above link as follows:

Spot High - 650 lm, 1.4 hours

Spot Low - 70 lm, 9 hours

Flood High - 70 lm, 8 hours

Flood Low - 25 lm, 5 hours

Closest thing I can think of that would sort of fit your criteria is a Skilhunt H200, but that’s an 18650 light, and doesn’t have separate flood and throw.

another option is to use 2 separate 18650 lights which also give you redundancy
