Hi.

I am looking for a glass replacement for my Skillhunt H03. Could anybody advice me a store where I can buy 17.1mm x 1.5mm(or 16.9mm x 1.5mm) glass? I ordered a 16.9mm x 1.0mm glass from Kaidomain, 16.9mm diameter fits nicely but the glass is too thin, it should be at least 1.2mm.

Can you not put an o-ring under the lens to take up the space?

No clue about anything with that company but when I searched for glass lens in the requested size that was the first one that popped up.

There is already an o-ring under the lens. I can try putting another one above the lens, but I don’t like this idea because the spare o-ring that I have is black and most likely it will heat up in turbo mode.

Thanks. The size seems right but is it suitable for a flashlight?

Honestly I have no clue, I’ve seen others use watch glass for flashlights. I don’t believe they’ll have any AR coating if that’s a concern.

Watch mineral glass is actually very clear, and strong. I used them in my flashlights.

I’m also looking to replace TIR lens with reflector as mine got melted at the front for usage over the years :frowning:

After doing some research I also think that watch glass is a good option for a flashlight. Maybe even better in terms of the tint then the stock AR coated lens.

It’s way easier to buy a new TIR lens then to find a compatible reflector.
Page Not Found - Aliexpress.com - this lens fits perfectly, there are several angles, stock should be around 30 degrees. From my personal experience 60 is great for making a wall of light.
If you still want a reflector then its sizes are below:
Outer diameters: 14.8mm and 9.6mm
Height: 7.2mm
Insulation gasket hole: ~6,9mm.

Have you tried contacting Skilhunt customer service? Maybe then can send you a lens!

No, I haven’t. Maybe that would have been the best course of action, but I’ve already ordered several watch glasses…

I also email in the past with no result.
