Looking for: Long runtime flashlight, slow self discharge

Hello,

I am looking for some flashlight (headlamp) with really long runtime and slow self discharge. I have Armytek Prime C2 Pro and it has 200 days runtime and really slow self discharge. I had it as EDC for 2 years without charging…
Is here something similar to this Prime C2 (Wizard C2, Elf C2)? I want it for my friend as a backup light source for emergency situations, that she don´t need to have more flashlight and still checking it if its still enough charged and maybe to save some money in compare to that Armytek, cause don ´t think that she needs that 200 days runtime

Thank you.

The Skilhunt H04 RC is cheaper than Armytek while still being durable and has a very efficient driver, as well as magnetic USB charging. I recommend killzone flashlights, as they can include a battery and have a good warranty.

Not sure about its parasitic drain, but it probably won’t need charging very often, and is easy to recharge (without needing to take out the battery).

It can also run on a pair of disposable CR123A batteries, they have a 10 year shelf life and the light can be mechanically locked out so they don’t get discharged (slightly unscrew the tailcap)

Thank you very much, I will check that flashlight. And thanks also for that battery tip. :+1:

200 days run time? it would have to be VERY dim, about .75mA x 4 = 3 mw

2 Thanks

Don´t know. But this info is in specs for 0,15 lumen mode. 3200 battery. When you are in absolute dark, it shine enough.

If you want everything that you like about that prime, then yes, you want the wizard C2 pro (warm). Or the C2 pro nichia. Or consider the C2 Limited Edition from armytek.com.pl in Poland. Then you can rest assured that she can go out into the storm.
