Looking for small light bar host or suitable heat sink (6-12in)

Interested in building a small 6-12” light bar. The driver, LEDs, optics do not matter as I would ultimately replace all of it. However, something with at least moderate heat sinking would be necessary. Maybe hosts exist on aliexpress? Maybe a cheap light I can strip? Maybe just a heat sink with the right shape/size for a 6-12” bar?

Ideas welcome…

I don’t really have requirements except for the size. I will choose LEDs, drivers and optics depending on what the host can support.

Check out NiLight… Really inexpensive and actually somewhat decent extrusions.
