Looking for suggestions on the best flashlight for under or around 70$

Hello everyone! I have previously bought a TrustFire TR-1200 on Dealextreme about a year ago. I love it!
But now i want to step it up a bit, I therefore look for help and suggestions from this great community. What are your tips for the best/brightest flashlight for around 70$? I have looked on DX but the lumen-ratings are just not correct. Are there any other good flashlight shops that sells cheap and powerful flashlights?

Thrower, flooder… What you gonna use it for?

My TR-1200 is a thrower and I kind of like that. However, I will mostly use it for walks in the forest, biking and checking the animals at night. So I guess that calls for a flooder more than a thrower. Maybe something in the middle if lights like that exists?

I would recommend a Skyray King great flood and throws out past 200 yards. 2000 OTF lumens. Every flashaholic needs one in his stable of lights.
