I got one of the Lens pen from FastTech. It didn’t do anything to my Canon lens (there are some spots in the anti-reflective coating). I like the soft side. The brush side did not come with any lid to prevent dust getting in.

I think that lens pen is not genuine but not sure tbh 
Many clones out there, that’s why i send email to them to give me link where to buy it from, it was noted that if you dont have the real thing, they dont use carbon or whatever it was on the tip, hence it does not clean well.
This is just a guess i’m not sure if its genuine or not.
