An all purpose intelligent flashlight with 710 lumens of light angle focusing from 12 - 270 degrees without any moving parts.

At first look of the video, I thought it was a modded Maglite… close.

Digital Focus System (DFS):

The Digital Focus System uses pulse width modulation (PWM) and computerized algorithms to calculate the optimal brightness levels for each of the 7 LEDs in order to deliver 12-270 degrees of Digital Focus range while maintaining outstanding light distribution patterns. The LED controller uses high efficiency solid state transistors capable of adjusting the brightness of the flashlight from 0-100% (0-710 lumens).

So the center LED is for throw, the 6 LEDs surrounding the lens turn on for the floody part.
Moving the reflector or a lens to switch from throw-flood-lantern would surely step on some “patent toes”; so in that aspect it makes sense.
