I think you are too demanding. If you can buy cheaper and faster elsewhere, than quit buying at BG. The thing is you can’t. So if you consider what you trade for longer waiting period (payment -> item arrival) it still seems a fair deal. Thanks to BLF members, you can buy it at very favorable price and you are informed soon enough to have a variety of choices and stock guaranteed.

I can see you are a new member so I don’t blame you. If you’ve been on BLF long enough and participated in enough group buys or preorders, you will know this is actually a very short wait. It’s call a PREorder for a reason. I’ve bought about a hundred items from Banggood and never failed to receive a single one. Recently I had an extension tube for the MF01 arrive crushed during shipping. Banggood asked me to send photos which I did and they immediately sent me another one. I’ve used the customer services for similar defects previously too and although it is very cumbersome having to send videos of the defect, they always follow through with the replacement. Also I ordered this on Oct 25 just like you.

If you want to buy cheap and get first dip on new products, expect to wait. I rather they spend the time to iron out bugs than to rush out an unfinished or under tested product. Otherwise you can buy it from a local store when it’s released for a higher price of course.

Just got an email from Banggood saying they will give me 50 points if it’s delayed less than 7 days or 100 points if delayed more than 7 days. You just got to laugh a whole 50 cents or a dollar!! Why even bother writing that email. I’ve been screwed by Banggood multiple times them canceling my order for no reason, their crappy customer service or trying to get an honest answer out of them is always a loosing game. Saying they shipped orders that never shipped or trying to get tracking numbers. Honestly the list goes on. Unfortunately if you want to buy astrolux lights you got to play their stupid game.

I used to think the same way regarding shipping/tracking. After buying over 200 flashlights, I realized many times the tracking number can’t be tracked until it arrives at the US, or sometimes I never get tracking numbers at all but the light shows up at my doorstep. So now I just give them the benefit of the doubt. It always arrive eventually.

Martin i would kindly ask to confirm your next deal or interest list and GB with manufacturers dates and not to phish and lure buyers.

Waiting for a product for over a month after money was taken is no go for me from now on.

No matter how big shop is this looks like a cheap chinese market deal.

banggood just updated me and asked me top express that they are very sorry too!

the manufacturer is delayed due to some new requests by the chinese government
but they hope to deliver within 10 days

we will think about a better way for the groupbuys from now on to avoid such long delays.
