I've been carrying one for quite a while now, might have had one activation - I keep it unlocked just to verify/test. Weeks now with no probs. I had lots of problems with the FW3A - even just to press it down into my pocket it would turn on. I don't understand the complaints bout the lit rabbit - it's perfect for me.

Is anybody else’s black wearing off the button? The light is rock solid, but my hare is at risk of disappearing. I keep it clipped to my pocket so the only thing the button is in contact with is my pants.

It’s just a black rubber coating on the button. The button isn’t actually black. Mine is too so you’re not alone. I think someone didn’t even get one with a bunny just a black button.

not stock - but you can change optics and lens if you like

This light and the FW3A were both swapped over to a one piece optic.

To change to a Carclo optic you need to also add a glass lens.

This is probably the best deal I’ve seen on this light. Never ordered from them though. I paid $40 for my EDC18. It’s a steal at $25!

Understandable. Just a long time lurker. Actually been active over at CPF for many years. Just recently became a member here due to azhu’s carclo trit optics. Picked one up for the EDC18 I recently purchased. Would have gladly bought from you if I had seen it beforehand.
