Sale withdrawn. Have a light that was made for me by VOB. Silver body with 3xMTG-2. Lotof s flood, which is what I wanted. Short reflectors with a stunning beam. It was a brand new 2D light in silver
Has a scuff by the switch somehow? Otherwise only used a couple of times walking the dog.
I did a 20 minute walk in 55* & it got warm but no problem still holding it.
Has a recessed tail spring mod, borofloat lens and direct drive light engine.
Comes with light & sleeve for 26650 cells only, No batteries included. I really love it, but need the money right now.

VOB also makes P60 drop-ins with MTG2 and what looks like those exact same reflectors. The P60 with just 1 MTG2 make over 3000 real OTF lumens, so 3 of them should be really fun!

3000 from a p60 is just what i want.
i would have one in each hand.
and they disappear in your back pocket.
that is superb.

And what amperage are each mtg2 running at?

VOB said each emitter would be running approx 3-4amps each. He estimated the light should put out around 6000 lumens at the 1 minute mark based on similiar lights he made & tested

Going out on a hunch here but most of these lumen monsters DIY types use FET DD 5 mode drivers from MTNelectronics. Why? The amperage hits the driver and bypasses the switch so you can run a stock Mag switch. Also, the FET DD drivers run soo cool that they don’t need to be potted or bolted to the bottom of the heatsink for heat transfer. Great drivers!!!

I have VOB 7135Based Driver with MTG2 Mag drop-in and the FET DD from him too. Love both and cant tell the difference in performance.
