I just bought 2 of these shipped to my door for $32.03. That’s counting the sales tax. But that’s a heck of a deal for not leaving your house and avoiding the store traffic. And I used no gas to go get them. I’m gonna give one to my son.

But these are really good quality bright lights that will reach out to 250yds fairly well.
I have a black one already. So I went with the gray on these.

bought 3 of them (2 silver, 1 red). I was at Lowes before 5AM. There was no rush to get them.
not sure what i'll do with them yet.
As I think I mentioned earlier, the Lowes displays were for Black, Silver, Red and Blue only. I got my gunmetal off the regular shelf and got the same price. scaru, I didn't know about the H-D match +10%, but I was annoyed with them because they hid all their displays under black plastic so I'd rather give my money to Lowes.
I was at another LOWES tihs morning and their display had about 400 MAGS!
My son and I hit Homedepot and Lowes this morning. I got black 2D from my dad and a silver one for me.Also got a gunmetal minimag pro for my brother and a Defiant 3c xml for myself.I am impressed with the Defiant, for 19$ it actually looks a bit brighter than 500lum.With Tenergy 5000mha’s I’m getting 2.17 amps at the tailcap.Too bad the finish looks like paint, I doubt it will hold up well.
Sucker! J) I was home all snuggled in my oh-so-comfy bed, while visions of pumpkin pie danced in my head (and gurgled through my colon). I stopped by Lowes at 6 pm, just about the only person in the store, and snagged a 2D and 2AA.
does the 3D ring up as ‘on sale’ at HD or Lowes? They were last year, but they were out of em today.
at Home Depot neither rang up but they did price match my 3D and my 2D both to 13.50. I think Lowes is only doing the 2D though but they didn't pay that much attention to the add. ;)
This is my first big Mag LED, all previous were incans. It really is a very impressive thrower!

Inspired by Scaru’s magnificent box warehouse coup de etat, I also did the Lowe’s Match & Snatch. I brought with me a print-out of the Lowe’s 2D in gun metal finish. Since I had 7 of these 2D’s in the cart the semi-newbie cashier called over the manager because I asked for the price match and 10% discount. Well the manager saw that I had 5 blacks and 2 gunnies.
“Ohhhhhhhhhh……I see that this Lowe’s print-out is showing a silver-model. And I see that you have 2 of those. Well we can price-match but only against the 2 silvers.” (He didn’t know the diffy between the gauche silvers and the very cool gunnies…… :party: )
Then I said, fine I’ll get on my cell and show that there are other colors. (I was bluffing). So I’m standing there dic*ing around on the cell like I’m really trying to get this deal all the while customers (dudes) are stacking up waiting to check-out like they’re hoping to get a glimpse of Heidi Klum nekkid. This went on for about 5 minutes, when suddenly the manager shows up again and sez………………………
“Give him all 7 at the Lowe’s price.”
$13.47 including tax felt pretty sweet. Especially at a savings of $18.79 per. :bigsmile:

’Cause lemme tell ya in that Home Deep lighting those gunnies look almost exactly like a blacky through the bubble-pak especially when viewed from the top. :nerd_face:
Factory 2D mags with a rebel reflector are pretty sweet. They throw about 20 kCd stock, 40 kCd if you upgrade to XM-l (but keep the rebel reflector), and 60 kCd with XM-l and an aspheric.
