I just received a Manker U11 from Banggood a few weeks ago. Upon receipt, it was perfect. It is a very nice light in my opinion.
Last night an issue arose that I have a feeling someone here can easily diagnose, even with my grade school level of electronics.
First off, the light has the ability to customize brightness for each level, except moon mode. This is the specs posted regarding the light by Manker:
Moon(0.07) > Low(40/60/80) > Med(180/250/300) > High(430/530/600) > Turbo(780/890/1050). Each level in the Pro mode can be set to one of the three lumen levels.
My issue is that I lost all levels on low and the first 2 levels on medium, so >1 lumen up to just under 300 lumen produce no light. My guess is a bad 7135 (remember my ignorance of Electronics). I still have moon, can program the highest level of 300 lumen on Med, and all other levels are fine, to include all the blinkies and the blue light in the electronic switch.
I will not have the ability to fix this (more than likely) but I am the type that would like to know. I did try and disassemble and got to a retaining ring under the reflector, but then I was road blocked by a housing which looks to be threaded but the e-switch is in the way. I don’t see an obvious way to remove the switch.
Any input would be great, even if it is just for personal growth/education.
