I’m not looking for specific models. Could you list some of your favorite budget light makers? I’m sure there are some I haven’t heard of.

Sofirn, Convoy, Thorfire, Lumintop, Wowtac.

Many of the lesser known companies appear to contract for a production run from another manufacturer. The Wainlight C8 looks just like Convoy’s. I would guess that most of the little known flashlight brands are importers/marketers. It would be interesting to have a list of manufacturers and their affiliates (what is the connection between Thrunite and Wowtac?).

Astrolux, Convoy, Sofirn, Lumintop, JETBeam, Nicron, Fitorch, Amutorch, Zanflare.

Many new brands have been on the market in the last few years. Manufactures quality and cheap flashlights. Sofirn is my big favorite. Quality flashlights, low prices, great customer support.

I like BLF Edition lights, in general, but they are made by different manufacturers.

I am really liking Sofirn a lot, and plan on getting one or two more during the 11-11 sale.

I would also like try a Convoy and Astrolux. I have some in my cart on AlieExpress, but will have to see which ones make the cut.

Like most everyone else I would say Astrolux, BLF, Convoy, Sofirn On The Road and Emisar are my go to budget lights. My favorite manufacturers are Acebeam, Nitecore, Klarus, Armytek and Olight.
