How do these two lights measure up?
From what I hear, they work the same beam- and performance-wise. I’d favour the C8+, though, it seems to have better waterproofing (the replacement lens sits loose between the reflector and the bezel o-ring on my C8, I can move it around a milimeter or two when I rub the lens and it leaked water when I had to wash the light; tried some AR-coated ones and they outright rattle).
