Has anyone ordered the Mateminco MT07 xpl-hi version recently? Wondering if it has the plastic ring at the battery positive in the head of light, Or the updated brass ring around battery positive?

Yup, I just bought one too, from BG, sst4000k. Has the brass.
But I want the xpl-hi 5000k, can only find it in Mateminco (which is fine with me), and I’m wondering if it is updated with brass too.
My best guess is that it will be. From what I read on BLF, they have been shipping brass since January. Of course, no guarantee.

I got the MT07 SST20 in January, 2021. Brass ring but no thermal compound to improve heat transfer. I put some MX-4 in the contact areas.
i think Freeme should talk to Banggood to sell the brass ring for those purchased first batch which didnt have it.
It’s unfair and im one of those purchased 4 lights without the brass ring for cooling.
