I wont even do paypal reclaim coz I’m sure that is at 90% foult of italian post/custom, almost all tracked stuffs take just 1 week to be sent overseas

and i thought that i was the only one with 4 missing packages from different places…almost 2 months now…and two of them with tracking numbers and one even with Signed-for royal mail…

I have a package as I type that left the sort facility on Dec. 11 and it has never been scanned again. The hell of it is I am only 20 miles from where it was last seen!
Start a dispute anyway, just before the 45 day cutoff. That gives you 20 more days for the package to arrive.
It may be the fault of your postal service or customs, but that's the risk a seller takes when they accept paypal. So give them the full 65 days, but nothing more.
My packages from DX weren't showing up and the China Post tracking wasn't working after a month so I contacted their Customer Support. It seems both packages (containing ceramic kitchen knives, meant to be Christmas gifts) had been returned (I was never notified). DX had re-sent the packages via Sweden Post and CS provided a new set of tracking numbers which actually work. The first (and most important) package has finally shown up on the USPS tracking site so I should have it in time for Christmas (just barely).
<edit>@ the video... Poor packaging by whoever wrapped that up... I think I can hear the squirrel bouncing around in there. Everybody knows you should wrap squirrels up with plenty of padding before mailing!
Fast tech did the same thing with 2 of my battery orders; however, they had been marked as returned using the tracking #’s via 17track. It took FT about a week to verify after I opened a ticket about the tracking showing returned to sender. I’m blaming those occurrences on the whole battery shipping fiasco as almost all other packages have been fine except a recent large order took an unusually LONG time for tracking to update, but it finally updated to being in the US as of a few days ago.
