More L2M worship and some Greased Lightning too.

Foy is sloppy OCD for the L2M lately and since my intensely anticipated new flashlights have yet to arrive, I did the next best thing . . .

It turned out pretty good. I had planned to put the Foyrouge wheel to it but I'm liking the JM07 Pro/buff silver, the more I look at it . . .

Because of stainless steel B2 availability (lack thereof) Foybezel® craftsmen designed this stunning beauty from aluminum stock on hand. Polished versions of this bezel will soon anchor the new value series aimed at filling the gap at the lower end of the market.

The very latest version L2M, fully blinged with an A001 head, S9 tail cap and authentic Foybezel™ in stanless steel . . .

If you're in Dutch with your wife/significant other, nothing says "I Love You" more sincerely than a thoughtfully accessorized L2M . . .

Your time on the couch is sure to be short when you show her how you really feel with a gift as bright, as it is endearing . . .

She'll thrill at your economic prowess too, when she learns you spent $15 on the tail cap, $20 for the head, $23 for the Foybezel and another $23 for the female friendly neutral white, 3-mode XM-L drop-in from Int'l Outdoor Store . . .

. . . she will be delighted to discover you lavished $81 on a host costing just $11 and that all it needs to be completely functional is a lithium-ion 18350 battery for a mere $5 more . . .

All this relationship preserving goodness for under $100. That's right; $97 (plus shipping, don't forget the charger!) for the loveliest purse pal a girl could ever dream of.

Also new from the creative minds at Foybezels™ is this head-turning "Smoked Chrome" bezel from our Alternative, Inc. catalog . . .

This sizzling lineup of trendy headwear will have the fellows at the foundry soot-faced black with envy and you can tell them their jobs are safe, because this bad boy is aluminum!

Absolutely nothing says you've arrived like an Alternative, Inc. equipped L2M sporting a full-shift proven, Union approved 18650 extension . . .

Who says you have to look miserable while grinding flash off hydraulic pump castings? The mood will be gay and light with this fashionable tool on your hip.

You are one of a kind , sir .

Thanks for sharing your fantastic photos with us .

Dude, your rambling prose kills me. Well done sir!

Foy, you've been reading poetry in the coffee houses again.Surprised

Awesome photos Foy.

Thanksforthegreatpost!

The mood will be gay and light with this fashionable tool on your hip. Foy, What does this mean?

Mrs Foys job must pay well. I feel there is something called compulsive going on here. Yes I'm laughing.

Really nice looking lights though. Good stuff. I had something turn up last week with a serial number on it, A04281. It looks remarkbly like the light on the far left hand side of the last picture. I need to do something with this host other than leave it with a MF dropinin it. You were right with the HD-2010 running the XP-G 2 led having a ring in the beam. How do you think that it woud go in this reflector that I have here at the moment? Dont laugh but it took me ten minutes to work out how to get the host in. I kept thinking that it was unscrewing in the wrong spot. Stupid me.

Foy, you are the main reason I got a real Solarforce L2P. You were right about the higher quality of Solarforce over knockoffs. These SF lights strait up look and feel better than Surefires. The L2P is a nicer light than a Surefire 6P. Plus it takes 18650 which the Surefire wishes it could do but can’t.

This L2M is calling to me. I want to add another Solarforce light to my collection but I am having a hard time choosing with all the options.

I'm assuming you mean, how the XP-G would do with the Manafont drop-in reflector? If it's the XM-L module, the opening might be a little wide. It'll work but . . .

Foy has determined he does not understand the question and fears being incorrect on the basis thereof.

I forgot the link to the reflector that I have. Here it is http://www.kaidomain.com/product/details.S007702. Yes I was wondering what your thoughts were on putting the XP-G2 led in this reflector.

Beautiful!

Maybe the more knowledgeable-than-Foy (pretty much everybody) will chime in but that reflector, pretty as it is, looks to have too big an opening for an XP-G. Will work but it will lose and/or scatter a certain percentage of light. The base is big enough also, that the emitter might rest too deep . . .

lookin’ good foy! love the L2m’s…you rocking the 18350’s? fantastic little light

edit: found the part where you said you were using 18350’s lol…

Thanks Foy, I just found Mrs EDC’s xmas present. I can hear it now:

Her: WTF is that?
Me: But Foy said you would like it!
Her : Who the #$%& is Foy
Me: But it cost $100
Her: Hope you like the high heels you are getting for your birthday!
Me : Damn!

Got my new L2M a few weeks ago [ currently has a Luxeon Emitter @ 600mAh , single mode ]

A sweet sweet host … @2012 has seen SF take a nice step forward …

Just one smiley:

The smooth flat top bezels are growing on me. Very nice touch

Whats the dilio with the baby turqoise blue button? Maybe because the host itself
is an eye grabber…What does Foy say about it? No, not you the other Foy? He has
better taste IMHO….

(still laughing)

"but it cost $100"

Made my day, dude.

thankyouFoy

The other Foy thinks Foy is a trend chasing douche bag for liking blue boots. The other Foy is very patient; he knows this too, shall pass.

seriously 100$ for an l2m is insane!! lol

i’ve had enough. i’m really tired of seeing all the cool L2M lights out there. i got a couple fakes a long time ago that don’t fit 18350 (or, obviously 18650) cells, and i’m fed up. i need a real one. its been too long. where is the best/least expensive place to get a REAL one?
