Ms12 vs x70 active cooling efficiency

Would anyone want to speculate on which design will be more efficient in cooling the flashlight once the thermal protection is activated. Will the x70 external fan cool the light better than the MS12 internal fan solution that Olight and Acebeam have abandoned?
