Not before time. What an arse.
Only a 20 mil fine, and disbarred for a few years. Slap on the wrist.
He needs to clone Gwynne Shotwell (there’s a name to conjure with) from SpaceX. She is the one who has truly done extraordinary things.
Musk, not so much. Personal life and public rantings are there for everyone to see.
Keep placing your pre-orders for the Tesla 3, you might get lucky, but probably not. The Germans are coming soon and will prevail.
21-70 ? Why ?

I Googled Elon Musk and found out he co-founded PayPal.
I didn't know that.
...
By the way, Tesla also had to pay a $20 million fine.

I am surprised you didn’t know that, he has no need to work but he does, hard.
I like the man, but perhaps not how he treats others, including intimates. And it all seems to be getting out of his (complete) control.
But I am just an observer without a financial stake, so what do I know ? I just watch.

There are two kinds of CEO’s (apart from those who are serving time)
- the builder: starts with practically nothing but just an idea, run though walls to achive his goals.
- the keeper: inherits a company, protects it from harm, provides evolutionary growth and most of all: keeps the stock-owners happy.
Musk is obviously one of the first kind. Wise of him to cash in on PP, and start a new hobby.
Now he has a few new hobbies. He should have cashed in on these too.
Because he needs something to build, to change from an idea into a product.
If he can’t find that (how about flying cars?) he starts changing things from a product into a reminder.
Now the odd thing.
He is suspended from managing his own company, but not from doing his day-to-day business.
How far away is that from the buttons he used to push?
It won’t take much time before the new (appointed) kid on the block realises he’s just the fall guy.

I'm an idiot.
I once knew that Musk was a co-founder of PayPal.
I totally forgot.
Elon’s a very outspoken opponent of flying cars, says very candidly that’s NOT the answer to any traffic ralated issues (congestion or emissions).

I’m not thinking of flying Hummers or Peterbilt’s, but flying Tesla’s wit a range-extender on solar energy. He should too
Flying Hummers are so old school. But then again, I’m no innovator. He’s the one that got filthy rich by boldly going were no man has gone before.
I’m sure he’s thought of that (a flying vehicle different from a car)…
He a bit off the deep end yes but he makes very good points and is very smart. He often speaks on the idea of flying cars, look into itif your curious.
I too use to think “why not flying cars”, for YEARS I wondered; “If we stop driving in 2D’s and go up, wouldn’t that help congestion?”
No. It would actually make things MUCH worse in every sense (ESPECIALLY safety)!
He can articulate his words/points like no one else, seriously go listen to guy speak on the subject, guarantee he’ll change your mind too. Flying vehicles for short commuter trips for the general population arnt the answer. Want to fly your day-to-day transit needs? Buy a helicopter, they already exist (and work great for the intended use)!
