My Convoy S21E flashlight is not working properly. The light only glows very dimly, and the button doesn’t respond. However, if I hold the button for about 10 seconds, the brightness increases, but then it turns off again. Could you please tell me why this is happening and help me fix it
I see in the picture you have a USB-C cable plugged into it.
Does it work the same when connected to a charged battery?

I’m experiencing the same issue even with the battery connected; it seems to be a driver-related problem, the button is not the issue.

Wellp, you got everything apart, so…
Whenever a driver’s going mental, I disassemble as much as possible. Clean all contacts like the ring around the driver, the ledge and retaining ring, etc., and snug everything up tight. Also the surfaces where the tailcap contacts the tube, everything.
I got a M200 that’s been going mental but can’t do shiite because the tube is glued to the head, and I can’t get to anything, else I’d be doing exactly that.
Bad grounding is the usual culprit, but don’t discount anything.
Alcohol and swabs to clean, polishing paper to sand and freshen up metal-to-metal surfaces. Go crazy…
