So I order a pocket clip for my L2N. I waited around not too excited about it. Stopped by the mailbox & found a good sized package from Solarforce. Upon opening it had 2. L2P hosts & 2. 880 XML drop ins. Wahoo!!! Christmas came early!! One tailcap wasn’t working so I donated it to another BLF member who fixed it.
Well all good things come to a end. They discovered their mistake, & shot me a email. Not wanting to do them dirty. I told them I had received them. They asked that I send them $39.99 & they would call it square on the lights & send me my pocket clip & new tail switch.
I know it was their mistake, but I did think it was pretty cool. The retail cost of everything I received was around $90.
Although I did let them know I wouldn’t pay for their mistakes in the future. That any new mistakes would be accepted as tokens of international goodwill between China & America. LOL 
two in a bush is worth four in a bed (or something like that) haha nice one Dale. This post = WIN :)

Seriously though, I was missing several items from my last order with them (a couple of lanyard rings and SS bezel rings), but they just shipped them to me pretty quickly, once they understood what was missing (took a couple of emails back-and-forth).
It's a good thing they didn't try to nail you for the full price for their mistake. Kind of a sneaky way for them to sell more stuff. ;)

Congrats, some nice stuff for a nice price. Also, thats why I like SF. They could have asked to have it shipped back or pay full price but instead they suggested an acceptable solution for both. :)

But since I had already been looking at them. It all worked out. Besides, asking for under half price is a very effective sales pitch. LOL
I’ve always found solarforce to be good so its fair arrangement. You probably saved an employee getting “punished”
