You can use amazon prime on a trial basis for free. Also if you know anyone who is already a prime member, they can add you to their membership, completely free. You can add up to three people like that iirc.
A much less ethical way to deal with the situation would be to order anything else you want to hold physically, and return it after. I say this not to encourage it, but just to ask that if you do go that route, please make sure you're not doing it to a small business that is simply selling through amazon.

Found this link on BLF the other day and ordered a couple.
The Sanyo USB AA Eneloop chargers are very compact little units that can be linked up to solar panels, car adaptors, PCs, etc. Smart charge device will charge AA or AAA, one or two at a time. These come with 2 AA eneloops in the pack and are $16.99 ea.
Note that they have been discontinued by Sanyo for some time now, so I am assuming this is remaining stock. No flashaholic's kit is complete without one or more of these handy dandy little gadgets.
