need help picking a driver 20mm for xp-e2

I have a lingsfire cheapo i bought( same as ultrafire wf-A100) and need a 20mm driver(not opposed to adapting a 17mm though) for a red xp-e2 on a noctigon copper pad, the housing it mounts to is aluminum it will be ran a single 18650 battery,or 3AAA. Single mode prefered just on and off Any ideas or advice is appreciated

There none but u can mount a nanjg driver on to a 20mm partition board

Any suggestions for the amperage I should get for most light without excess heat? Would that partition board work better than one of those 20mm-17mm adapter rings

Nanjg 105E AMC7135 x 8 + MCU 3040mAh 4-Group 2~5 modes 20mm Circuit Board

KD 20mm (External) x 17.1mm (Inner) Copper Ring Adapter for 17mm Circuit Board - 5 PCS

Thank you very much that is just what im looking for!

Is 3A a bit high for a red xpe2?

He can always use those adapter rings and a 17mm driver with less chips. Those rings are way better than the boards.

Vf at 1A is 2.65 Volts for the red XP-E2.
Good use for a single mode Buck driver.
