Just seen this on Youtube. Being interested in lasers and long throw lights it caught my attention. It looks absolutely insane, the beam is visible in a bright room. Im curios what this beast would look like at night. This thing would be awesome in a blf gt or mf05 host using the taskled hyperboost (just kidding)!
I would be in for one.
Only problem is ive no idea what the cost will be, however my guess is that it will be ridiculously high
Doesn’t look to be a typical babe magnet to me.
A repellent is the most logical answer
Big deal.
I got a 3×AAA Tactical Light™ offa Amazon that puts out 999,990lm.
And it’s way smaller and easier to carry.
Think the module was 2k their lens are not big enough. I want 20km throw
There is a light in development stage. It is about as big as a 20L bucket and weighs over 20kg.
Wow, no wonder high powered leps like the w50 are so expensive. I am curious to see what the 20km light will be like.
You can get a billion lumens here. Or a standard helicopter has a 4 degree beam pattern. Actually if you shine a laser at the moon it will be about a mile across when it gets there. Also check out photonicinduction he has an old style spotlight with a parabolic reflector. NASA Searchlights
Indoor use only.
How do you recharge it?
Hear me out and hold my beer: need to mount a few of these on the roof of a car.
I believe in the video its powered by a bench supply or similar. Its not much good for indoor only. No point having a light that can reach for miles only to shine against the wall. It needs a host or housing.
If it doesn’t come with a deep-carry clip, I ain’t interested.
300mm lens NR7 module is unreal
