Well today I had my 3rd drs.appointment this week for my tightly controlled medications and while in drs office all power was lost during a severe microburst lightning storm well guess who was prepped with. A solarforce L2N and a lighgtmalls ¡C812xml-u2 and had to spend bout 30 minutes walking people out from a 2 story building any how my kids used to tease me about carrying 2 lights. 2 magazine's of ammunition and extra medication just in case a ny how any one similar experience s? Just curious
That must been a very special experience, good for you. 
We unfortunately (or fortunately) don’t have blackouts around here, so don’t have the opportunities to use our lights during emergencies.

Folks might laugh at us and call us names when the power is on, but let the lights go out and you know who they come running to, right?

Custom made Titanium 3” neck light on a Ti chain around my neck, spare IMR 10440 on my keychain, 2 specialty keychain lights from MBI that are anything but normal, with an extra cell in a delrin battery tube in my pocket (another IMR 10440, plus the tube on my keychain can have the caps removed and fits both keychain lights). So 3 lights with 2 spare cells at any given time. I’m addicted, what can I say?
