Do any of you have any experience or knowledge of this driver? I want to run 3 x T6 with 2 x 18650.

Nope, This is buck driver only.
Unless you ran them in parallel - but in that case, each LED would only get 3.5/3 = 1.16 Amps.

How do you clever people know this is a buck driver? It’s not mentioned on the website.
Any other driver recommendations for a 3 x T6 with 2 × 18650? My other option would be this: http://www.intl-outdoor.com/9a-3mode-5512v-circuit-board-p-561.html and run the LEDs in parallel
