I’d be down for a TIR floody thrower light similar to the L35 but with the 519A, be it using single or multiple emitters (4500K in a perfect world, but they always seem to go with 5000K.)
Do I think they’re working on that? No idea.

It says it’s built into the battery, so not quite as bad.
Besides being a dual fuel light, the design somewhat resembles the Wurkkos FC12 with regards to button layout, while maybe skipping out on blinkies? Looks pretty big as well, though hopefully that means better cooling for sustained output.
be aware that the battery is longer than standard because of this. It may not take normal batteries. I remember looking at other acebeam lights in the past that use this type of battery. I have an acebeam headlamp that is awesome, it uses a normal aa that I charge out of the light in a standard charger.
I dont know why everyone is against on board charging. I find it convenient to just plug my light into one of the many USB-C chargers i have. If the port on the light was for micro usb, that might annoy me.
On another note, i asked about a high powered light as categorized on their website. This new TAC seems more of the tactical category, as the name implies. Hopefully we will be seeing something interesting in the near future.
All of my Acebeams take either a long or normal battery.
The port is a water ingress point, it adds weight and bulk, it wastes space on the driver, and port covers always eventually break if used a lot.
Charging built into threads is better than built into the body though.
