And for your Max-PSUs - so I still need to switch it on on the backside or is the switch in the front good for that as well?

you want to switch 110V or 220V input? if so you need to open the case and find the red swtich on the side of the 1500W PSU, normally the input AC volage you use is fixed, so that you just order the correct version and it is ok, and for RD6018P, it use 1200W PSU inside not 1500W PSU
