Does the UI scroll through strobe and SOS? Hows the PWM?

The ui scroll through is hi-med-low-strobe-sos as for the PWM not sure what to look for (bit of a newbee to decent torches)

I just about ordered one but I can't see it being better than a TN31 XM-L2. I mean for $45 more I think the TN31 looks like it is worth it.
