Not sure where the current general opinion of MF is lately, but it seems they have a few “new” products I hadn’t seen, that I thought I may need… who’s bought and used these yet?

UF XM-L U3 C8

Generic XM-L2 drop-in

Just trying to decide when to upgrade from my “standard” UF XM-L T6 3-mode drop-ins, or if I need an XM-L U3 C8. All I have right now is a Q5 C8 and an HD2010 for throwers.

Oh, and I was just going to upgrade to the Intl’ Outdoor drop-ins, but some of these MF ones might be driven well enough too.

I still like Manafont, I just hate their websites search feature. When searching "xm-l2" it shows no results.

I will definitely be getting on of the XM-L2 drop-ins on my next order.

The best C8 style light is the U3 C12 from Lightmalls right now.

With MF, I always just search “flashlight” or “drop-in” and see what’s new. Because, well…the search feature sucks. :slight_smile:

I dig my little Q5 C8 so much, that at first I figured if I have an HD2010, I don’t need to bridge the gap between the two. But now I’m thinking with an XM-L U3, it just might be worth it. Power in a smaller package, though I’m sure it isn’t driven anywhere near as hard.
